My journey in early childhood education spans over a decade, where I've had the privilege of guiding young minds in various settings. However, I often encountered a one-size-fits-all approach that didn't always best serve each child's unique needs.
Driven by a passion for creating a truly nurturing and responsive environment, I founded Prime Childcare. Here, we believe in embracing each child's individual learning style and fostering a sense of wonder and exploration.

My name is Ricki Faust, originally from North Carolina, I relocated to Massachusetts nearly 11 years ago to pursue my college education.
Holding a degree in early childhood development, my affinity for working with children has been a lifelong passion.
From being the trusted babysitter in my youth to delving into the intricacies of infant mind development during my AP physiology course in high school, my path consistently led me back to nurturing young minds.
While I have dedicated three years to the school system, my true calling lies in shaping the minds of infants during their formative years when they are most receptive to knowledge.
